  • Purchasing Settings: Require a PIN to authorize purchases.
  • Age-Rating Restrictions: Restrict access to experiences or games based on age ratings.
  • Account Connection Controls: Manage the use of third-party logins using MSM accounts.
  • Cabinet Accounts: MSM will automatically set up cabinet accounts for younger players, restricting access to features like voice chat, friend requests, and mature content until parental consent is provided.

4. Children’s Privacy

We are especially committed to protecting children’s privacy. MSM does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without verified parental consent.

For Children Under 13:

  • Parental consent is required before accessing certain features.
  • Additional privacy-protective settings are in place.
  • Parents can request deletion of their child’s data at any time by contacting us.

5. Account Security and Safety

Our platform allows users to create and share content. However, all user-generated content (UGC) must comply with MSM’s community standards.

MSM supports crypto and traditional payment methods for purchases, including NFTs and in-game currency ($MLink and M-Coin). To ensure security:

  • PIN-Enabled Purchases: Parents can require a PIN for transactions involving real money.
  • Refunds and Disputes: MSM follows a clear refund policy. Users may contact customer support to resolve payment-related issues.
  • Wallet Integration: Blockchain wallets used for transactions are securely linked to your account, but MSM does not store private keys.

8. Data Sharing and Third-Party Integrations

We work with third-party service providers to deliver a seamless experience. These providers may require access to your personal data to perform their services.

  • Account Integrity and Security Providers: We use services like identity verification and fraud prevention tools.
  • Payment Processors: To handle transactions, we work with payment providers and crypto payment gateways.
